ABOUT MATT

Matthew Knight

Founder and Head Coach  

  • Personal Trainer for over 20 years

  • Amateur boxer for 6 years 

  • Fire Fighter for 13 years

  • Ultra Runner and Running Coach - completed over 60 races

  • Nutrition advisor

Matt started his career as personal trainer/fitness coach when he was 18. Through out past 20+ years, he's helped many clients achieve their goals, whether it was for weight loss, fitness enhancement, body composition, endurance training, or race preparation (from 5K to ultra marathon). Matt is also a nutrition advisor who can help you build a healthy and sustainable dietary plan that goes along with your training programme. 

Matt's experience, knowledge and passion for fitness, nutrition and mental health are what you can count on for a personal training programme, fitness class or a health retreat that will change your life.
