STOKE ROCHFORD HALL BOOT CAMP
3-day fitness boot camp at historical Stoke Rochford Hall hotel and resort in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Its beautiful gardens and surrounding open fields are perfect for outdoor activities. There will also be informative nutrition talks and discussions. Mindfulness sessions will be carried out in forms of spiritual Yoga classes and guided meditations. Our goal for this retreat is to inspire you with a well balanced way of living, which is sustainable and enjoyable.

Accommodation
En-suite double or twin bedrooms either located in Stoke Rochford Hall Mansion House or stone-built Old Stable Courtyard. Recently renovated with modern decor in large bedrooms with outstanding views over the gardens or greens.
Facilities
The vast grounds and gardens surrounding Stoke Rochford Hall are excellent for mindfulness walks and physical activities. We will have Newton Room exclusive to us during the retreat. The room is located on the quiet side of main building. Healthy meals will be held at hotel's restaurant and there is a private bar on the ground floor of hotel where we can relax in the evening.
Programme
This 3-day weekend retreat will revolve around our three key contents: Exercise, Nutrition and Mindfulness. Head coach Matt Knight will be available throughout the retreat for private consultation and advice on your exercise and dieting.
